Broadwater forward fold camper trailer

Does anyone have any experience with the Broadwater forward fold camper trailer?

This company is based on the Gold Coast. I had a good look over the trailer the other day and couldn't fault it. I've read a bit about the Chinese made trailers, Broadwater put in an upgraded ford wheel bearing, everything is checked and tightened in their factory. They had a rear fold trailer in for a wheel alignment, which had done 20,000km in six months including the Gibb River Road, it had no issues or faults from the trip. The canvas had no issues with keeping the weather out either.

To me, for the price it's looks like a good buy. I like the idea of the forward fold but I'm not able to spend a huge amount of money on one.

Personally if I was interested in a FFC, I'd have to consider the Ecomate unit. They look pretty good and haven't heard a bad word about them.  http://ecomatecampers.com.au

Someone on here recently bought one so would pay to have a read of their thread. :D

If your not local and need anything specific from them I'm only around the corner from them, been thinking to have a squiz anyway. :cheers:

Judging by your description, are you local on the Gold Coast? I drive past their unit every day, and drove past the other day and they had one out the front that looked like it had travelled a lot of dirt rds. From what I have seen of fathoms, him and I are mates, or at least I know him, it seems to be a good trailer. They add a lot of stuff onsite here, and there service seems to be good from what fathom has told me. He certainly had no problems with handover or delivery.  Send him a pm if you wish.

My thoughts. For the money they seem like a good unit and the better end of the scale for import trailers.

Just quietly...
I am stoked with my Broadwater F/F
I looked at campers more than double the price..... And kept coming back to it...
Mind you... I am as tight as a fishes bum. :)
Not sure if I wrote it on this or another forum. But I met a bloke who had been travelling/living in his for 6 months, all off road/ gravel. He said no dramas.
They are quick to respond post sale when you have a question.
I discussed some mods I want done ( no mechanical skill to do myself.)
They are happy to do it..
Gave me all the bits to add another tap....
Can't fault em.

After having a detail look at/under/around the FF Broadwater trailer, I can't fault them. Ive read a few reviews and rang a couple of owners of the same trailer with all positive. The owner, Mark seems to be very open and honest even when we discussed warranty and fixing any issues that may arrise,

Yes mate, order is in with a couple of extras included; rear water tap to be fitted, inverter (got to be able to run a blender during happy hour), 15A external plug to plug 240V in to charge battery, mud flaps on front of stone guard and a few eyelets on top of the trailer to strap anything to the top. 

Now the wait.
