As a cub camper owner, been looking at a solution for a solar blanket without having to pay over $1k for one. Know some guys in the boat marine trimming game here in WA, but by the time sourced the silver cell material and labour to trim up etc was looking expensive. Bit the bullet and bought one from this mob for $590 before going to coral bay in early sept 14
http://www.campertrailerswa.com/html/equimpent_options.htmlIs not made for a cub, but was impressed with quality and tie downs included, length was perfect fit however width was more, however with the annexe on just provided extra cooling on it.
This was my first trip away using the solar blanket, with temperature of 32-35 when up in coral bay the roof was cool (the walls were warm), nights felt snug and I leave it on when folding up the camper
Just my recent experience with one and glad I have one now - worth getting one for sure
Cheers kim
