DIY caravan/camper kits
« on: September 03, 2014, 10:59:11 PM »
Anyone seen or used these kits before. Would be a good DIY project as a base to build upon. I'd love to make something similar in size to the lifestyle AT10.

Interesting concept - I wish them well with it but I am not sure how long that chassis would last with any serious use.

Not unlike Goldstar vans in regard the chassis. Pretty basic and probably shipped from China

It all looks pretty light weight and cheap. Be good to hear from someone who has had a close up look.

Agreed, the chassis looks way to light for off road use. I was more thinking along the lines of building your own heavy duty chassis and getting them to lasercut the composite body for you.
