The good thing about taking the wood like that is everyone else has left it behind because they cut big stuff and into blocks before they go home. We have a saw bench so we can just load it in lengths like that and lino6 puts it through the bench at home. Whilst he is chainsawing I am loading the trailer so these are easy for me to throw in. There is bigger stuff underneath and next trip we will probably get different again. We have bigger pieces here already but really as long as it is good wood then it all still burns and does the job you get it for.

lt really is amazing just how many people collect the small bits . this kinderling burns just as well & is so much easier to deal with .Small fire boxes chuck out just as much heat with less labour input .

Yep definitely have OCFD.
Hey Matt, I was envious of your shed, not so much the wood. I just get to store more than you by stacking it in, but your shed is bigger so you still win

I have stacked it in previously and you are right you do get heaps more in there but I was getting worried it might fall on one of the kids so just chuck it in now. Plus this wood i'm getting now is gnarly twisted box that would be a nightmare to stack.
