This has nothing to do with the pros & cons of the product but with after market service.
I noticed last Saturday that, instead of a slow pulsing green light on the unit, mine was going at it like a teenage school boy. I phoned the head office & within 5 minutes of talking to a bloke called Simon I received, by email, a "Return Authorisation" form.
I posted the unit off at 2:30 pm yesterday & received a phone call today advising a new replacement was on it's way.
All this without a receipt or any proof of purchase as I got it at a Camping/Tackle/Tinnie show in 2011 & am not good at paperwork!
A nice change to deal with a decent mob!
