 :cup:  Check out onebigswitch . these blokes are going to have a go at the fuel prices by building a group to make 1Mil fuel purchase with lots people getting a 5% saving ., l cant post a link so google the site for details  .

I thought there was a thread on this?  Must have been on another site.  But as some are saying, do you really think the companies will not adjust their charges for this?  Same as with the fuel dockets, we all end up paying. I know the potential is that you buy say a $100 voucher and get 5% off then go to the company station where you get your 4 or 8 cents off the fill and use your voucher for payment.  But the company could just adjust their prices to allow for this and all customers pay. I think with the present state of play, you just can’t beat them..... They are too powerful.  Kevin
(It would be interesting if this idea actually came from one of the fuel companies  >:D)

They've done some cool things already with home loans etc. Group buys work very effectively when there are millions of dollars on the line
