For those staying at Gemtree...
« on: May 16, 2014, 09:26:15 AM »
I had an e-mail yesterday from Gemtree last night as per below:

"We already have 6 bookings for your group, and we have you placed together but the powered sites will be a little further away.
Do you all want our camp oven roast beef and vegs followed by our family history movie $15.00 per person, we will need to know soon as we can only do a certain number and I would hate for you to miss out."

If you would like to participate in the camp oven dinner/family history movie, please let me know asap by posting below so I can get back to them.

JCOJ: Yes x 4

Hi everyone - because you don't have surnames on the forum it has been a bit tricky for me as you've all booked under your surnames. Thanks to thos of you who mentioned MySwag when they booked! This is the list I have put together, please let me know if I have mixed up surnames!

Mcdonald (Linda & Kristin, is this you?) 3 adults

John Cullen 2 adults 2 kids

Jackson (Is this you, Jacko?) we just have a booking for 5, so I am guessing 2 adults and 3 kids?

Darren Bailey - 2 adults, one of whom is vegetarian

Heale - (Mattbrickie - is this you?) 3 meals (3 adults?)

Dan (Dan, what is your surname?) 2 adults

We have Coppocks and Oconnors, both booked for 2 adults each

Mandrake and Nada, I have written you down as 2 adults but I don't know your surname.

So I think I have everyone, just a confusion between OConnors and Coppocks...

We have 23 meals booked in total for the group, after cross referencing emails, phonecalls and forum bookings!

Cheers. Kate

Looking forward to it.
