Hello from Emerald Qld
« on: May 14, 2014, 02:22:26 PM »
Owen is my name and I'm 52 and live in Emerald Queensland. I love camping, mountain biking, fishing and kayaking so recently purchased a used Sherpa camper top and am in the process of adapting my dads 25 year old 7 x 4 box trailer to accept the top. I should say I now love all things outdoors but only 3 years ago I was nudging 180kgs and had the type 2 diabetes bad so after having enough I had a Lap Band fitted and so far have lost 75kgs and best of all have reversed the diabetes. Everyday I get out on either the mountain bike or the cross trainer and go hard trying to improve my health and hoping to reach retirement age and beyond.
