Gday all
« on: May 08, 2014, 09:25:30 PM »
Gday all, new to forum we have a 100 series cruiser and just upgraded to a Kimberley Kamper, in the process of trying to sell a walkabout off roader we have had for a few years. Just in the final stages of organising a trip across to the west coast, trying to stay beside the beach apart from karajini np, up to cape Leveque for 5 nights. From there work our way back across the Tanami to Alice then home to vic. 8 weeks away in away in winter trying to find a bit of sunshine and catch a fish or 2. Any tips or advice be great. Tikety

Hey tikety, welcome to myswag. Great to have you on board.
Sounds like a great 4by and CT set up you have.
Look forward to the future trip reports.

G'day all just thought I'd throw a comment regarding a trip experience, we are doing west coast wa and had planned on stopping at ningaloo station after booking in and confirming via ph and email we required wood and fire bucket we arrived at station to be told that no wood was available and the owners didn't really care about it, this was disappointing as we had been told that we didn't need to bring wood as they would have heaps!!! On a bright note we also stayed at tamala station the site and service cannot be given a bigger thank it was nothing but superb, others may think different but we can only relay how we have been treated
