Toilet Facilities on the Trip
« on: April 24, 2014, 01:11:44 PM »

As we will be staying at some places with no facilities I will be taking a simple toilet setup with a pop up shower tent.

In regards to a shower, I will have a second pop up shower tent with matts, a 20ltr water container and a 12 volt camp shower.

Mark,

Toss away that shower pump as it will most likely seize the first time you use it, and replace it with a cheap bilge pump from BCF etc - similar to what Muzza did here - http://www.myswag.org/index.php?topic=30421.250

Of if you prefer I'll bring mine.
Do not PM me for technical advice - start a thread.

First stop, Maytown,2 nights no showers or toilets.

Dulhunty River, no toilets but crystal clear croc free swimming for 2 nights.

Cotterill River, no toilets or showers 2 nights. No swimming.

Every creek etc we will be staying near is croc free.
