Be worth finding out how hey got the cardboard roll out through the bottle neck to start it all. ??? >:D
It appears the paper unwinds from the inside of the roll.

Says they cut the bottle in half to insert the roll, then stuck it together with tape.
Would be easy enough to cut the cardboard roll out with scissors first, then use the paper from the centre, as with a ball of twine.

Don't complain! It could be worse, you could be six foot under or a brick of ashes!!

Thought I'd  better not try today.  Just about to leave to drive out to work for the week. Might be a good thing for pyjama night Monday night....

Anyone at Capcoal camp Middlemount Monday night feel free to help. Uppa S block BBQ area. Look for the bunch of blokes talking bull droppings!

Some where I saw a picture of a coffee tin with a hole cut in the side to feed the paper out I will see if I can find it.  Might of been shared on the facebook page.
