cania gorge for us:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cania_Gorge_National_Park

first big trip in the camper! (5 days)

We managed to get a cancellation spot, getting there late Thursday. Hope to catch up and have a quiet beer (I don't do rowdy beers these days!)
Leaving the motorbikes at home, bringing the pushies instead!
Apart from the usual camping stuff, other things to bring;
Tennis racquets & balls, Frisbees, Golf clubs & balls (chipping thing and putter), hiking boots shoes, Kayaks if you have them (we don't). you can hire stuff but it costs a bit (not that much, but by the time you buy coffees for the missus, ice creams for the kids....)

Hi GG

We'll be seeing you at the polo.  Omeo was a bit busy last year for us so decided to try anglers or near by this year.

Could you post up a review? Everytime I ride past Anglers on the way Phillip Island, the thought of rolling out he swag there one time is most appealing.

A week in Warburton for us. A couple of quiet days then the inlaws will show up for a few days.

Blowup toys in the creek. Fishing fun with the kids.

Anyone know what the reef ton pub is like for a counter meal ?

Back to the Murray - with the rest of Melbourne.
We used to head to Boundary Bend but now go a little closer near Yarrawonga/Mulwala. The river is sandy and the banks not too steep so the kids can swim there if it's warm enough.
First trip with the trailer and new tents :D

We're off to Hastings Point. We booked our 10 day stay 2 years ago and friends of ours booked their spot 2 weeks ago. Bloody good luck if you ask me LOL. We weren't willing to risk it for Easter weekend.

Missed out on having a swing off from work so only got a week off over Easter so taking the kids somewhere close, either Lake Victoria, Lotus Creek or another spot I've been told about. But I get the first weekend of the holidays all to myself, SWMBO will be in Toowoomba with the kids seeing her grand mother.
Don't complain! It could be worse, you could be six foot under or a brick of ashes!!

I hate camping with crowds, so usually don't bother over Easter (and with ANZAC day the week after it'll be feral for two weekends straight!  >:(), and I'm rostered on the week before and after, so... meh... I'll pass.
Enjoy whatever you're doing, stay safe.

Call me a grouch but i seriously consider easter one of the best weekends of the year to stay home... So.Many.Tools.On.The.Roads. however, i have some freinds that are dead keen on hitting the coast and i should have the trailer pretty much finished by then so it will be the perfect time to give it a shake down run probably. At this stage it looks like we might be heading to White Point near Augusta.

Depending on which way the wind blows, somewhere between Teewah and Sandy Cape.
With enough horse power, sheer ignorance and a total lack of respect for your vehicle, you'll get through....
