Hi Lost,
I've used them a couple of times and found service and price excellent.
They are an offshoot of Winning Appliances in Sydney so have good backing.
Not some shonkey retailer that you've never heard of.

I have bought a tv off them before all good.

Though the last time I bought a TV I walked into Big W here and they price matched BBB.

surprising, I've been looking at Navman's etc and Big W is nearly $130 more expensive on their website for same unit as Dick Smith.....
