Just use a can of bulbar black or rollbar black paint. You can get it at autobahn. Matches pretty well

My bar and snorkel is not quite up to the stage of a repaint -- really just chasing ideas, just how to keep things looking good.

All this mention of $2 Silicon spray  -- can't find the $2 stuff
The cheapest at Supercheap I can see is $10 Silicone spray  --

Have I got the right stuff?

O.K. last night at my favourite toy store "Bunnings"  I found Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell Car Wax  -- for $8.99

O.K. reading the label said it does "Out Door Furniture" Hmm my bull bar a bit like out Door Furniture, this could be stuff..  Tried it out on the bar  -- applied the wax  -- the polishing cloth was a little black, the surface of the black finish was a little chalky..   Finished polishing  -- not that crash hot..  O.K. got out the tire shine cleaner spray foam stuff  -- gave that a go wiping that off  -- looking a little cleaner and shinier now  --  then re-applied the wax, not it looks good  :cup:

O.K. will have to see how it looks in a couple of days.
