Is there many free camping spots over there Nutto, or do you have to stop over in caravan parks etc ..Looking at going to the Warbirds over Wanaka in the near future then doing a bit of touring ? . ..

bugger all free camping these days, they have clamped down on that, but the Dept of Conservation (DOC sites) range from free (rare) to $6p.p ($3 kids).  Equiv or our nat parks over here but heaps cheaper.
We'll be doing a mixture of both, as some days we will need to plug in to get a good charge into the 2nd batt and to do washing

Heading out to the Holland track with some mates and the kids. Perth to Hyden (wave rock) on the tarmac then 5 days of easygoing short 4wding and camping until we pop out at Coolgardie then back to Perth. Taking an old Kanga camper trailer that used to be mum and dad's. Must be nearly 20 yrs old and still works a treat!

May see you along the way.....we are off along the Holland Track also, with another family. we will be leaving from Kalgoorlie and follow the track to Newdegate, through to Kojonup and back to Kal. Looking forward to seeing all the wildflowers. I have been looking forward to doing this track for nearly 3 years
Hi Ho, Hi Ho, Off to do more camping we go.

Taking the family to Proserpine to visit my parents for a week if work can sort there crap out and get my site induction renewal sorted.

Most likely do a little fishing, steal dads boat and head over to the islands and catch up with my brother in Bowen.
Don't complain! It could be worse, you could be six foot under or a brick of ashes!!
