Now wheres the best place to buy a porta potti or should I say who has a decent range? Rays, Anaconda, caravan shop?

Anaconda have 20% of loos at the moment.  http://www.anaconda.com.au/Product/Camp-and-Hike/Accessories/Porta-Potti-Qube-165#90034290  Although we have the 365.  Bit more fancy  ;)

I have just googled porta potti, now I surprised that people travel with a toilet and all.  We are savages, as just use a shovel and run into the scrub, using the burn and bury method, but we do use toilet paper, as one can get splinters from leaves and grass.  Yes it did happen.

What, to bury and burn.....well I would have to just leave it on the surface.  Luckily we never use caravan parks.
Sorry Wayne for going off topic. (sem to be saying that a lot lately)

Hi Wayne,
Here is a bit of a list of the items we carry when going remote.  Although we haven't had to use many of them it is nice to know that they are there.
Sat Phone.
Self amalgamating tape (repairs holes in hoses quite nicely!)
Base plate for Jack
Filter and funnel for fuel
Wheel bearing and grease
Tool Box
Extra Jack/s
Fire extinguisher
Air compressor
Deflator
Spare Hoses
Spare Belt
Spare Fuel, Air and Oil Filters
Spare tyre carcass (not on rim)
Spare Tube
Compressor
Tyre repair kit
Tool box containing various tools/drifts for wheel bearings/
Screw Driver Kit/Socket Set
CRATE of bits and Pieces – Brakecleaner/WD40/silicone/electrical repair stuff/electrical cleaner, spare anderson plugs, multimeter,  shackles etc etc,
5 Litres oil, 1 ltr gear oil, clutch fluid, brake fluid,
And if going to be really remote, a spare leaf spring set for the camper, u bolts, brake cable,
while it all seems a little excessive it all fits into quite small areas/behind seats, and has been known to save a lot of time if you ever do need to call on the "RACV" or equivalent.
Enjoy your trip....
Cheers,
Sue
