We will be picking up our OB Swan next week,

Any tips?

Make sure the hitch is secure and the chains are crossed...

Get them to show you full set up and pack up. Make sure you have accounted for where all the bits and pieces and poles go

Don't let them rush you, take your time when being shown how to setup and pack up. If you are not sure about something make sure you do it a few times so you remember.

Make sure everything is there and that everything works as it should, don't take their word for it.

Make sure it is insured from the time your money leaves your bank to theirs
Take your time
No questions is silly
Get them to set it up then you pack it up
Hitch it up and drive around the back streets a bit to adjust your brake controller

All over the insurance and set up stuff, thanks guys.

Just need to work out how to secure the hitch and cross the chains!
