Had a google.  It is only a 10Ah battery so not very big.  Same size battery off ebay is around the $20 mark.  Solar panel is only 20W.  Again not big but I guess it is suitable for the small battery.  20W panel off ebay about $40.  75W inverter off ebay about $15.  You could save $200.

As a stand alone unit they may not be a complete power solution, but perhaps if you were in a simple camper trailer and just needed to run a few LED's, radio, fan and a few small wattage 240v appliances than it seems like a great little bit of gear.
20w panels and a 10ah battery isn't the biggest rating but its the only system ive seen that's all-in-one short of the thumper systems with a MUCH bigger price tag.

We use a Genquip Gi2000 genny and its great, good quality (especially for the price). Ive also heard rumours that they are making a larger unit with bigger panels, bigger battery and pure sine wave inverter. Im hanging out to see them as I think they would suit my need for a second battery in the car that can be easily removed. I could mount the panels on my roof. The larger ones should be able to run my fridge ok.
Id hold off or contact Genquip to see if they have a bigger model on the way.

Cheers
