« on: June 10, 2013, 06:15:32 PM »
Can anyone who owns a similar hard floor help me out with instructions for the annex etc?
Me and Cath would really appreciate it.

Isn't it poles, pegs, guy ropes and canvas.

How hard can it be. Seriously, I'm not taking the piss, how have they designed the annex where you need written instruction?

can't you get in touch with the people that you brought it off and ask for instructions ... since they had the pleasure of taking your money

I am sure I can nut it out, but it would be 10 times easier and quicker if I had instructions for it. Also I can get a parts list and find out if i have all of the right pieces or spares etc. Instructions would make things a whole lot easier.

Grab a ladder if you want to put it on after you've set the main tent up  ;D You can zip the annexe roof on as you open the camper, or just let the 3 inner frames all the way down.
Should have eyelets bolted through the 3 uprights up at the top of the tent. 3 poles with the hooks on one end (and flat on the other) to go through the eyelets, these should hang by themselves, with the hooks on the end designed to hold them on.
You should have 2 extendable poles with flat ends with holes through them, these are to go between the 3 awning uprights. These all together make the annexe frame, pop it up, pull the roof over and put upright pole spikes through the eyelets, tension your extendable poles and you're sweet.
If its breezy or windy, make sure you put a guy rope on each upright.
Cheers,
Mick

So its arrived!  I havent had a chance to catch with Tony. PM me if you still need help and work out a time to walk you through it. I will have a look and still see if I have the pole layout plan still when I got mine from ENZ.

I'm not lost. I am exploring.

Really!!! Your saying my camper trailer is nothing like MDC's trailer.  ???
Seriously mate, MDC's imported CT's are much the same as every other company that imports these trailers despite what you want us all to believe.

good luck Muz, I dont think admiting that MDC's are a chinese trailer fits in with the company's marketing campaign, which proudly brands themselves Australias Largest Camper Trailer Manufacturer. I simply don't get why Mdc can or do claim this.
Perhaps Im too much of a one eyed Aussie gal
Margy :(  :(
