Laid some paving up the side access behind the gazebo to the back yard

When i bought the place it was sold as a garden bed but when i dug it up it looks like it was originally meant to be paved as i found road base 1 inch under the dirt

I also gave the new turf its daily water, verbal encouragement and let it listen to a meditation CD.

The other half is getting jealous that i spend more time with the new turf than her this last week ;D

Wife listens to music on her IPhone so I knocked up a little speaker box, increases the depth of sound, bit like chucking your phone in a coffee cup.
Made from some meranti and pine scraps and about an hours labor.

Changed the driveline oils in the Patrol.

So much easier with a hoist....

Installed a Flashlube Catch Can Pro on my NX Pajero.
Hoses supplied in kit not quite right for my Nov 17 build Pajero which required a trip to autobarn for some more 19mm hose.
Breather hose from engine to bottom hose connection on Catch Can touches thingy above turbo gets hot so will have to fix.

Finally put permanent sockets in the cargo area instead of the dodgy ones I had cable tied to the fridge cage.
Didn't want them where they would be in the way when stuff was plugged in.
So made use of the useless alcove Toyota put in the rear.
Also tidied up the rear 12v distribution that so far feeds the 12v sockets, reversing camera and rear facing work lights.

Went out to my mate's place where I keep my motorbikes. We have a track in his back paddock with an access gate to the state forest. Anyway, put a new set of radiators in my bike, test rode it and promptly broke the throttle tube. Will be chasing a new one during the week. Already have a new throttle cable as I knew I going to be needing a new tube soon. Also serviced the kids bikes. Going riding at one of our favorite places Easter Friday/Saturday.
Then I came home to my shed and gave the push mower a birthday. New blades with a nice sharp edge, oil change, degrease and fixed up the front axle as the bushes have worn out. Just need to grab an air filter tomorrow. I keep looking to replace the mower as she is now 22 years old, but it just keeps going. Flymo/Electrolux mower with a cast ally base, 5.5hp Briggs Quantum. Blows a bit of smoke on start up(Valve stems seals or guides I suspect), but still starts second pull. Looking around I think one of the ProCut Rovers or maybe the Husky LC19ap. Can't bring myself to get rid of it while it's still going though.

Hi All,

Its been a While since I posted on here but I still enjoy reading a lot of others postings, anyway while enjoying an Easter weekend at Home I decided to add a bit to the draw set up in the Nav.

I made and put the draws in about 2 years ago, complete with a MSA drop slide The set up works great, but now and again depending how much stuff is packed into the back it can be a pain when something falls into the space occupied buy the fridge once it has been pulled out.

So with a spare bit of stainless sheet I had, I have now knocked up this "guard" for the fridge space, I didn't wrap it all the way round as on the side window side it is not really needed and I left it just short of the front / Rear of the slide / tub as to allow more airflow from the fridge , plus the sheet I had was not any longer ;D (so it had to be this big)

Made 2 x 2m long kitchen slides for the camper trailer out of gal angle/shs and used skateboard bearings for the rollers.
 Had to cut a slot in each piece of shs so made a jig for my grinder then used a flap disc to clean it up, hope to get it finished tonight and tomorrow.

Finished restoring 120 years plus old Federation Carver chair, completely disassembled. Sanded, re jointed, polished and upholstered a new seat.
