Had to do a fix up of the fridge wire running to the back of the cruiser,  the previous owner had the fuse (20 amp) at the fridge end of the wire not the battery end so the wire running the length of the car was unprotected from any short outs.

This is what I got off the battery end............. now replaced with a blade fuse and an anderson plug at the fridge end of the wire.

Got out and sorted the camping gear for a Prado only camping trip next week. Then I tried to fit it all in the Prado, I might rethink the idea of selling the camper...

Nothing exciting, no pic but drilled a small baking tray to match the Weber q Alfoil trivet tray, no more Weber q trays at $10 for ten, one washable tray forever for $4 :D

Built some drink holders to replace the truly pathetic ones in the GU. Seriously, they must have thought people only drank out of 375mL cans or poppers when they came up with them. Shaped a couple of bits of wood to fit snugly into the holes with the molded plastic taken out, gravity does the rest. Doesn't budge when driving off road with 2 700mL water bottles in it.

Modified my camper trailer storage boxes.
I removed the water tank which left one without a lid. The other one has a crappy stainless steel lid that leaked like a sieve when it rained
First two pics are before and last 2 are after

Swept and vacuumed the floor. Might look at mopping it later 🤔. Need more long span shelving.

Got all the nursery furniture (cot, change table, book shelf, random baby crap) out of storage and set it up. Make sure all the bits are there, take photos, eBay time! Best of all more space in the garage for my crap!

It’s the best feeling unloading all the baby stuff onto someone else. Next is when the kids graduate from booster seats.

Getting rid of the booster seats was one of the best days of my life  ;D
The things were that putrid that I thought they should have been incinerated.

Repaired a glory box with a busted hinge for my step daughter. Had to chisel out a chunk of timber and replace to give the hinge something to grab onto.

Then did a full service on my mower. Will drag the angle grinder out and sharpen the blades tomorrow.

Yesterday, gutted 2 self propelled hand mowers to a huge spare parts pile, before reassembling one cracker mower from both of 'em.

Last week, I bought a brand new Husky self propelled, so I'm back to two again.
Just got to change the drive gear over on the new one with the left over spares, which upgrades it from 4kph to 6kph.

I DON'T CARE HOW NICE THE HAND SOAP SMELLS.....

You should never walk out of the public toilets sniffing your fingers.

When l want more speed out of a self propelled walk behind  Honda l retread it . l cut strips of old bike tyre to the width of the wheel the out with the cordless & plaster screws . Cheap  , quick & very effective  & more grip   WIN/WIN then

Use a bench grinder on your blades  , the angle grinder is a butchers tool
