My Second eldest 20 yr old started to help organize the shed :D, he went good for a few hours then helped his younger sister watch TV ???, but it did motivate me to tidy up a corner, hey if I do it all I might have nothing to do later.

Went to start re-painting the stone chiped parts on the outer edges (mudguards) of the camper but then thought, why bother when I need to widen the stone guard first or it'll just happen again. I ran a length of timber down the side of the guards up to the stone guard and found it to be about 60mm too narrow. So I extended it by 100mm with a slight rearward taper. Just got to get 2 new strips of alloy and cut a longer piece of shade cloth and she'll be good to go again.

I made a bed that transforms into a bath. I also built 3/4 of a tree.
I love making stage sets. Good fun. This year the musical is sussical the musical.
A few more things to make but hey will wait for another day.
Missed my shed mate today. Our dog would come into the shed and supervise however she went to the big kennel in the sky today.

Agree with FNQBunyip. What about a thread on the train set Lost? That's an awesome set up. Have grandkids now and one little fellow very keen on trains. I have started to put together track plans. Even joined the Hornby Club lol. Would be keen to see how you went about the build.

Looks like N to me. I built one on an old door with my elder bro 15 odd years ago. Had it all wired up & running but never seemed to get the landscaping done. . . . . .

My dad built us one when I was a kid and we played for hours on it. Think it was as much for him as us  :D.

Where's the model camper trailer & patrol? You are gonna need them at least: a portaloo is insufficient tie-in IMO  ;D

Correct. N Scale. :) 1:160th
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N_scale
the track is all laid, some of the scenery (mountains) are made already, all the points are motorized  but its been at that stage its at now for about 4yrs... haven't touched it.. Actually maybe longer, the club I was in (down Dandenong) was just about to start building a whole new layout that was fully computerized..
where you used to control the track, you now directly control the engine.. down to the sounds..
