Great work Pottsy. Still I suppose it was a natural progression. It will probably make the Landy easier to sell / give away.

Ya funny bugger! Sold the Landrovers (2) they only lasted about two days in my possession.
Tow truck was a fun build, over 70 individual parts.

I do have a lathe and I do turn some pieces but treaded wheels and spoked wheels I buy, not worth doing the spoked wheels at less than $5 a pop.

Thanks mate,

The one directly behind it is a pending retore. C1920s Roebuck. There is another behind it just waiting on owners finalise what the tack is to look like. It is a Lou Peets & I don't know its age.

The one in the background is one I made.

This post should read

I worked on upgrading the LED lights for the camper.

Instead I'm left with a question

Why don't soldering irons have insulated shafts?

Picking it up without looking and picked it up shaft burning a few fingers and my palm.
A couple of hours in cold water and still hurt like hell everytime I took it out.

Yeow! I'd be keeping that wrapped around a cold stubbie for the rest of the day if I was you.

Very ouch! I did something similar with a hot glue gun. Instinctively I used my index finger to wipe a drip off the nozzle, as you would with normal glue. It took a couple of seconds until OMFG it was hot and sticky, burnt the crap out of my finger. I've never done that again.

A mate of mine about 30 years ago was painting a car with one of those wagner airless spray guns.  He "forgot " he was using it and not a normal spray gun and instinctively wiped the paint from the nozzle.  It injected paint into his index finger, ended up in surgery having to have his finger opened right up to clean out the paint.

Finished these of today.
Truck and trailer and a Tatra 8 wheel drive truck.
Tatra has articulating wheels and no I didn’t roll it, just showing the articulating axles and under carriage.
