Bad Weather in the Hunter this weekend.
« on: February 20, 2013, 06:34:06 PM »
Okay, so we bought the new OB Eagle 2 weeks ago and this is our first weekend free to try it out (I work shift (s*#t) work) and the weather reports are looking pretty dismal. We were going to camp on the Monkarai River with us and the dog but may need to head inland.

Got any ideas for a quick weekend away?

Unless you want to go as far as Cobar or Broken Hill, the weather isn't looking good anywhere in the northern part of NSW ..

If your'e still keen, I'd suggest somewhere it's easy to get out of if it gets really wet.....

Clarencetown, Knorrit Flat, Broke, Bretti Reserve, ............all dog friendly..

Whereabouts are you ??

Clarence Town is good for a quick weekend and they allow dogs, it's called Williams river caravan park.I think it's about $20 per site.
