Seeing a bit of this lately,
I personally hate it as both a business owner and consumer, there is no way I would expect my customers to pay for something long before the boat has left where ever it is coming from.
It just means the company takes no liability and the consumer wears all the hurt.
With our piss poor trading regulations and enforcement, it,s just the next step aimed at a person being able to walk away and have no case to answer.
I am buy no means making comment on the company listed here my response is a general one as more and more I am seeing this type of trading.
would you pay for house in full upfront or a car or boat or van ..no way then why the need on a small item.
the need is the re-sellers, they may not have the cash flow to pay for their stock, or their trading arrangements are cash up-front for a lower price = more profit.
in that case the consumer is actually funding the importation but still allowing all the profit to be made by the company.
Not for me as either a consumer or business owner. as Joe plod is the one who stands to loose everyone else has been paid before he,s even seen his item.
