It's a big operation, you would need to know how to run a hospitality operation.  This is no "lifestyle" business despite what is said.

21 TITLES ON THE THOMSON RIVER
OWN AN ENTIRE TOWN

https://youtu.be/VHmWdx-buHg

Seize this once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase not just a home, but an entire town!  If you have ever wanted to be the mayor of your own domain or set up a thriving business this is the place for you. Coopers Creek is situated on the beautiful Thomson River boasting countless walking trails, horse trails and unlimited water with pumping rights from Coopers Creek, all set on 11 acres of open parkland surrounded by natural bushland, and infinite Victorian beauty.

Coopers Creek is a former township and mine settled in the 1860s during the Victorian gold rush, nestled in the mountains near historic Walhalla. This is the perfect holiday destination and is a favourite for the 4WD community, hikers and kayakers.  Located just 15 minutes’ drive from Rawson and a few hours’ drive from Melbourne, Coopers Creek also has close accessibility to Traralgon and Mt Baw Baw.

The fully equipped charming, historical pub inclusive of a pool room, dining area, stage, three open fireplaces, commercial kitchen and walk in fridge boasts potential as a commercial operation – a holiday destination, organised camping facility or another dream (STCA).  Separate is a character filled 2-bedroom home with an outlook from the verandah that will make you want to call Coopers Creek home.

Except for long weekends, Xmas etc.  It's absolutely mental at those times and they're pretty damn feral too. I recall they closed the camp ground in front of the pub a number of years ago due to too many out of control camp fires, hoons, broken glass and rubbish left on the ground. I've recently heard they have blocked the road in from the new camp ground but can't confirm that.

Which includes the motel across the road and along a bit.

If pubs in the middle of capital cities are struggling to find staff how would you go in a place like Dargo? I love the place and the pub but I reckon you would earn your profit.
