Recommended IPAD app for keeping trip log
« on: January 24, 2013, 06:06:08 AM »
For an upcoming 6 week trip, I am trying to avoid taking the laptop and just take along the IPAD. One of the things we were going to do is keep a running trip log that we can transfer to the Apple Desktop when we get home.
Of the myriad apps available on App store that are for text editing (MS Word compatible apps) can anyone recommend any that have good text capability sufficient for a trip log that can be used on the Ipad ?

For every situation you have 3 choices. Live with it, change it, or leave it. But only pick one

Get something that can be periodically sync'd to "the cloud" when you get internet access.
Or at least periodically email the contents (eg. if you just use the in-built Notes app) so you can't lose the lot.

Evernote is well regarded.
