A Big Thank You to the RFS
« on: January 13, 2013, 05:02:53 AM »
While not affected by all the recent fires [although 2 small ones were apparently lit on the hill behind us] I think that the volunteers involved in helping to protect property & lives deserve a Great Big Thank You

I know there are some swaggers who are involved with the RFS, and my thoughts are with you at this time. It must be really hard to leave your properties to protect others while there is a real possibility that by the time you return, your own house may have been destroyed.

Thanks again Guys & Gals you are  :cup: :cup: :cup:

It always amazes me how many people go out of their way to help us, and do so without any payment and don’t expect any payment!  Where would we be without them.  ???
The term hero is used too much by the media, but these volunteers are true heroes.  :cup:

Yep, this country wouldn’t be the same without their sacrifices. Bloody well done to them all!
We've swapped from the camper to a van yay! :)
