Yep, I am one of those strange people also, don't do Facebook. So I will have to give it a miss.     
But even the birds are ahead of me here, they twitter all the time.

do what I do, have a gmail account only used for competitions.. one you only check once a month.. it only gets 500 odd spam mails a month
