This Time Last Year..
« on: September 26, 2012, 06:28:28 AM »
... We were camped at Willmington at the start of the 1st National meet, still have fond memories of all the swaggers that we finally were able to put faces to user names.

Kate & I hope that you are all safe & sound as some now post with less frequency.

Regards

Hem

Arrr yes Willmington . l still remember the road sign Willmington 25 , Sydney 1550 . The rain that would come over in torentual showers & drown the camp fires . Best of all & most importantly as Hem said we put faces to names . The drive home of 1159km couldnt decide where to camp to break the trip so just went home that day . Can We Do It Again  ;D ;D
& Out Back Jack trying to set up a TV to watch the grand final
Big  Jules setting up under the possoms dunny
The Big  Drive on Sunday  great views on the Gulf

That was a great trip, and I am so excited for the next one.

That is not to say we can't organise other big events in between. Kylie's Beach anyone?

G'day Hemi,
We were a long way from home, yet it didn't feel that far because of the friendly crew that attended.
I often visit our trip report and looking back brings back some great memories of a well spent few days  :cup:
Now looking forward we can't wait for next year to rock around.
Happy Days.

How quickly time flies.

This time last year I was a bucket of stress, hoping that everything would work out, and in the end it did!
