Hi all,

I've been lurking for a while now. Thought I'd better sign up as I am in the early stages of planning my new home built CT.

We are long time tent campers with 2 kids (7and 8) who are looking for a little bit more convenience and comfort.

Basically looking at a 7x4, solid axle setup. Got a relative in the trailer building industry and I am a mechanic by trade with metal fab experience so the trailer should be a no brainer. Throw on a reasonably priced tent. Really like the look of the AusTrack offerings. Hoping to throw it all together by mid December as we have a couple of weeks down south over Xmas - new years.

FYI i will be dragging it around with my 2 week old Prado 150 GXL D4D Auto. Just got out of old my 95 series GXL recently. Yep some of you will recognise me from PradoPoint :D
