I find all of these comments very interesting, but only a couple mention the leveling and dropping of stabiliser legs. If you want to sleep well and are running the standard 3 way fridge then these 2 items are mandatory, and they take time (unless you camp on perfectly flat ground and have 4 wind down bars and two teenage sons + wife to assist). My wife and I have had our Goldstream since March 2011 and have used it roughly a dozen times and the comments are spot on , dependent on gear inside and whether erecting bag awning and bed flys. The storage issue is the single greatest drawback to this style of camper in my opinion compared to a conventional box trailer camper as all of your gear has to go in the footwell/living/cooking area. Eg solar panel, chairs, bags, pillows, port a cot for infants, portable gazebo which EVERYONE seems to have these days etc. For stop start touring I would not recommend them, but for one stop stays of extended periods with kids they can't be beaten.
If you are timing the set up from when you disconnect the trailer from the vehicle and/or turn off vehicle then from go to whoa sub 10 minute set ups are not possible unless you are Carl Lewis on drugs. Undoing latches, unlocking the winder hatch, setting up the door, these things all take time. Having said all of that, it's FAR preferable to loading a conventional box trailer with a tent etc. good luck which ever way you go.
