As some of you are aware I asked in another thread where to get the Gall boys DVD's, I ordered them off the web from their Web site as advised and the rest as they say is history.
There was a very minor issue see exert from my email to Kedron below:
"Gday guys
My order turned up today, thank you very much, the stubby coolers, shirts and hat look great and I can't wait to get into the DVD's.
Just a couple of issue's (which may not end up being issues) with DVD's.
2 DVD's had rattled loose from their holders in the DVD case. The DVD's are "Journey to the Kimberley"and "The rugged Cape York Adventure". As a result the DVD's have slid around in their case during transit and have quite a few marks on them (scratches/rub marks). This doesn't bother me as long as they work OK. I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case there is any issues when I go to watch them. I should get to them in the next couple of weeks and will let you know if any issues arise.
I am not requesting replacements or any action from you guys at this stage as I am quite happy to retain these copies as long as they work OK. I just wanted to bring it to your attention as early as possible.
Thanks again"
What happened next was completely unexpected:
Glen Gall Posted replacement disks (despite the fact that there may be no issues with the ones I have) a shirt and 2 stubby holders to ensure I was a happy camper. This followed up a nice email.
What can I say, gold plated service from these guys, if this is the service they give some mug who bought a few DVD's off them I am confident that their after sales service for the Kedron Vans would be top notch also.
Just thought I would share, I have no affiliation with these guys.
Regards
Jas
