Looks like a fair bit of junk. How deep do you need to dig to find the needle in that haystack?

$20,000 or you could drive around your town during the next hard rubbish collection and pick a similar lot up for free!

Good to see some people still have vision and can adapt and thrive, I can't wait to get down there one day.

I showed your bike 4 sale to a mate. I used it as a guide to show what is available for around a grand. This turned out to be a catalyst for him to sell his bike to me . I will soon be the owner of a 2014 Giant Anthem2. Thanks for that...😆

This is awesome

Abandoned Mine is Now World’s Largest Indoor BMX Bike Park
http://www.louisvillemegacavern.com/attractions/6/underground-bike-park

Boasting 5 miles of trails, ramps and obstacles, this cavernous subterranean space sits 100 feet underground and totals 320,000 square feet. The wide-open footprint and copious mounds of dirt, able to be endlessly reformed into new types of terrain, lend themselves to this particularly fitting form of adaptive reuse.

Located in Louisville, Kentucky, and open as of yesterday, the Mega Underground Bike Park gains a number of advantages from being far below the surface, including a relatively consistent temperature and protection from wind, rain and other weather (without the typical costs of constructing a building to house these activities).

....
Currently the space offers 45 trails with differing degrees of of difficulty as well as clever additions like cargo containers turned into ramps and overpasses. Most of the materials needed, though, were already in place – it was mainly a matter of lighting, accessing and shaping the space.

Important read
http://www.theage.com.au/business/consumer-affairs/should-there-be-a-safe-life-for-bicycle-parts-20161117-gss41s.html

An inclusion flaw by definition, cannot be linked to usage hours/styles/rider weight/roads or countless other things which will damage a bike, nor could anybody possibly guess when it might fail.

Had it been x-rayed (per aviation parts) it would never have made it into a bike. Safe lifespan? wank imho.

Canyon bikes X-ray every frame/fork prior to assembly. I wonder if other manufacturers will start doing this.

I had a light crash on a timber boardwalk..... bike had been repaired... had major service at another shop and a 3rd shop just noticed the frame was cracked  .. this is after 4 months of racing and a few down hill runs with speeds in the 90km/hr mark.... scary when you think that frame could have failed at any moment
