careful with the crossing. theres already been several cars written off in it. we all looked at it then turned around as it wasnt worth the risk

The Bamaga car yard is already full of drowned vehicles.. including a rather expensive 200 series.. be warned
Also Palm Creek as of yesterday is winch only territory especially going south

We drive nolans last yr over 5 tons in weight with camper on. We let the tyres down to 18. As we were the third car through i picked a different line and drove it no problem also had a blind fitted . Some of our group decided to get pulled through to be safe.

Our short camping trip was great.  We didn't end up at Nolan's as planned as there were plenty of people there camping so we went along the OTL and went camping at Canal Ck.
While we were there a guy in a 75 series cruiser busted his dif.  Mainly because he felt the need to be a nissan driver     and go like a bull at a gate through Canal Ck, nearly rolled his vehicle, heard the bang  ???.  It was really quite spectacular to watch!!
Everyone has their own style of driving, I guess..

The weather was beautiful.  I took some photo's of a couple of different aspects of the area.  We enjoyed a relaxing couple of days.
Now to begin the clean up

#1  Looking up Canal Ck from the rapids
#2  Our camp on the north side

Cheers
