Earth Tremor in Melbourne
« on: June 19, 2012, 08:56:44 PM »
Anyone else in Melbourne just feel that earth tremor. 8:55 pm on Tuesday night. Went for almost a minute here, and the house was really shaking. The biggest one I've ever felt.

It sure was a good one, I thought there was a truck coming before I realized the whole place was shaking. Quite alarming because it went for so long.... I can't remember any others that bad.

Did anyone feel the after shocks? Apparently there was a few, I only felt one more about 10 mins after the initial.

Is this a sign of things to come???

The wife and girls were pretty scared. The dog went nuts!! She really didn't like it. I was more worried about opening my next can and copping a faceful of beer!  >:( ;D ;D
