Agreed. I don't wish to intrude on anyone else's solitude and camping enjoyment, but if you intrude on mine, I shall get vocal and depending on the reply, things may or may not go well for you.

Yes. At a very quiet and peaceful rural setting in the dead of night, where the only sounds are birds chirping and leaves falling (and possibly possums licking your BBQ plate) ... your "silent" generator JUST ISN'T ANY MORE ... no matter how far away from your own camp and, as such, closer to my camp you put it.
