I don't know about others on here but I love frogs.  My other half can't stand them. He is scared of them. Here is one of our regular visitors. He is actually as big as a mans hand. Beautiful!!

We get green tree frogs around the front all the time, the kids love them. We leave them to do what they want and try to keep the cat away from them. The only visitors I don't like are the long, brown slither ones.

Love green wildlife! Most down here is either brown or brownish (except for the beige ones). I had a high school teacher who used to look at me like that.

I was asleep, early start the next morning. Mrs T was watching TV in bed. I sort of woke and asked her why she'd put her "cold, clammy, hand on my cheek"?

Her indignant response was to tell me that not only did she not have a cold, clammy, hand; it hadn't been in my cheek.  She then turned on the light,

On the bed head above my head, was one of those green visitors, pictured above.

We get a lot of frogs here, and where you get lots of frogs, you get lots of snakes.  We have a 4' carpet python who pops in to say hello every now and again.

They are so cute, we get them here too, we have to try and keep the puppy away from them though as she tries to play with them and they don't like to play. I never realized they make that weird squeaking noise when under attack! We usually rescue and relocate them to front fountain.

I live in suburgatory in Sydney and we are lucky enough to have a frog that frequents the drain outside our bedroom.
While most people see this as an annoying noise, I consider it beautiful.
Far better than the doof doof that comes from any commodore window or canine yelp for attention in the early hours of the morning.

I love the little creatures and wish we had more.

If only I could say the same about the humans around us............................................

That's a cute looking cane toad.

Don't know what all the fuss is about. Think you queenslanders are just whining.
Why do people ask "What the hell were you thinking?"
Obviously I was thinking I was going to get away with it and not have to explain it....
