Repco good service
« on: May 16, 2012, 12:59:33 PM »
Went to Repco in my town today to buy two fuel filters for our cruiser.  I had phoned them and Toyota yesterday to get a price for the filters and Toyota wanted $37 each and Repco said $31.60 each.
I bought another item and paid via my debit card and as I got to my car I realized I had been charged $44.10 each!  I went back to the store and explained how I was quoted $31.60 the day before.  The sales person said that would have been for the Repco brand filters and the ones I bought were Ryco brand. He went on to say they did not have any of the Repco brand filters in stock.  I told him the $44.10 appears very high as the genuine Toyota filters are only $37. He agreed and said he would fix that. He then credited my debit with the amount I paid and worked out a better price, charging me a total of $50 for both Ryco filters and apologised for mucking me about.  Now that is what I call good service.   Well done Repco.  :cup:

Good on them for sorting out an issue and making sure the customer leaves the store happy.

Repco must be looking for business of the month I went into our local store to get filters for the cape trip and after talking about our up and coming trip and buying 2 air filters and an oil filter and some oil he decided to give me an air filter for free needless to say I was very happy with that.

I always get good service and prices at my local repco store.
Snatch block on the shelf $75 paid $40, winch extention on the shelf $70 paid about $40.
Air filter $50 paid $15.
They say it is not what you know but who. The manager is the bloke next  door.
Aint that the truth.
