All the Q 'special' models have built in thermostats and the cotinuous-spark electronic ignition system (110, 220 & 320) are only available from Webber Specialist stores. All other webber stores that stock Webber products only bet the base models (100, 200 & 300). If you check the
Webber Web Site for your nearest Webber SPECIALIST Store.
The 300 (standard) and the 320 (special) are not travel friendly as the BBQ and the stand don't separate.
I have the 220 which is the largest portable model and has plenty of room. Also there are 2 different stands, a
Stationary Cart and the
Mobile Trolley . I recommend the Mobile trolley as it collapses up for easy packing. Also another handy item was the
Handle Light as it saves holding a torch.
I also recommend the
Digital Meat Thermometer as you put the roast on & the join the party. It sounds an alarm when ready and hopefully your still up right & able to serve the meal up.
Like Sicilianmama I to near brought the whole shop. Tool Kit, Roasting trivet, Premium Griddle, Pizza stone, Vegetable basket, Cleaning brush, Weber cookbook, Cover, Mobile trolley, Drip trays, Digital Meat Thermometer, I to got the 3m bayonet hose to hook it up to the Swan! It pays to shop around. I got prices over the phone from other Webber Specialist and was about to buy a Q220 from Ebay store for $270 but still needed all the other bits. I called
Home Fires - The Fan Man and asked if he can beat the price I had. He not only beat the Ebay price he matched the discount on all the items I purchased. Since then 3 friends have seen my set up, tasted the meals & seen how easy they are....got them the same discount.
