Or we could start a myswag weight loss support group thread to discuss this sort of thing. Wouldn't mind a few extra ideas (and sharing mine) for camp cooking that falls under the diet.
I was 145kg at the end of October last year (155kg was January last year) and 130kg by Christmas, not as quick but I wasn't flogging myself to lose it. Last few months the weight loss has slowed (xmas and spending a week in Sydney eating pies and chips and drinking beer while watching the Indians get flogged didn't help), but I'm still knocking back the clothing size, just putting on more muscle now than I was before xmas. I won't go into the full details but I spent a year basically in bed because of chronic fatigue which wrecked me and I'm still recovering.
Basically I'm on a modified version of the Paleo diet (basically just no carbs) and doing Pilates (although had been on this for 6 months before starting the diet and weight loss).
