Stickers that look like original manufacturers stickers

does anyone know how you can get vinyl stickers made up which look like a manufacturers stickers for a little tongue in cheek dig?

Also is anyone converse with the legalities of using similar writing/layout?

Go to your local printer / signwriter. My local guy who makes up my for sale signs and stuff does all of that on a vinyl cutting / printing machine. Its pretty awesome what they can do. Legalities................If your a one off and not making anyone look stupid I wouldn't worry about it too much.
