Annexes - Vinyl or Canvas, Your Opinions Please.
« on: February 01, 2012, 01:33:45 PM »
Hey all,

We currently have a Kakadu Viynl Annex on our Swan and was wondering if I changed campers what type of annex would I have this time around.

I have had both canvas and viynl and can see pros and cons in both.  So I was hoping to tap into the experiences of others and here what you have and what you think about both options.

Thanks

NK

We had canvas for a while then moved to Vinyl.  We won't go back to canvas - we have found the vinyl is easier to clean and sturdier.  I had enough of wet canvas through all my tenting years as well.

Had both and would stick with Vinyl; Keeps cleaner and is easier to clean, less hassles storing wet, less chance of mould as not as porous, cant see shadows at night-that could be a negative :)
