 Hi all
looking forward after I've found my way around this site to become an active member in this forum  have recently bought a second hand Ultimate camper trailer (2008) after owning an Austral soft floor trailer for the past 9 years made in S.A. .if the new one is as reliable as my last one will be very happy. 100series cruiser is the towing rig 1Hz diesel lift kit duel battery's,solar power.Coopers on 8inch sunraisia rims

 thanks for the warm welcolm guys will try to get some photos uploaded once established yeah Jules lot less grunt than the v8 but as a mechanic i know that they r a reliable engine with reasonable fuel economy unless u drive them like u have stolen it  As for trips with the new camper once the rains stop intend to go out west  nose around the channel country spent 10yrs living in the Pilbara like the red dirt  :4x4: cheers Geoff

What part of the channel country do you plan on visiting - I was born and raised on Cooper's Creek and also spent some years on the Georgina River whilst my Father was managing cattle stations out that way.  Beautiful part of the country - especially if you can get a peek at it just after a good wet season - truly spectacular...

I used to live on cattle station between Boulia and Bedourie from 92-95 and then another between Windorah and Birdsville from 95 till 2000. Was a fantastic lifestyle...
