Up date on the huts at Seisa
«

I have finally made contact with the park and emailed them the request as per below:
I am bringing up approx 30 vehicles this year in the Group called My Swag. We have stayed there twice previously. The dates are, arriving Sat the 30th June and leaving Wednesday the 4th July. A total of 4 nights. We would like to fit everyone in the huts along the front. So I would like to secure the huts for those dates. I have a map of the huts and will email it with names for each hut so that each person can book and pay a deposit.
I will advise once I have received an answer.

Reply back.
Good Afternoon Mark,
I will make the bookings for those dates. However, I have to confirm this with our Grouds Manager who is still away on holidays and will be back at the end of this month. Once he confirms the sites, I will send you a confirmation letter. If you have any other inquiries, please don't hesitate to ask.
Regards,
Danica Wasiu.

I will in the mean time start on the hut accomodation so that the groundsman has something to work with.

Update...
I have given seisia van park information who is in swags, tents and campers. I am looking at maybe putting the people in swags, tents and roof top tents in hut 8 as there is plenty of room on both sides to spread out. Maybe an option of bringing a large tarp to put over the area.
For members who were on last years trip Bert and I and Symon and Kirsty shared hut 7 and a heap of campers turned up next to us between hut 7 and 8.

Up date !!
Sorry been busy at work I should have the hut accommodation done by the end of the week.
As you can imagine with such a big group I need to consume more beer to arrange the accommodation... but the challenge is fun !!
I will have pics and a plan of the huts up and will liaise with Seisia park to make sure I am happy with the arrangement.
