Thanks guy, I have spoken to Eagle Campers and they said the campers are built in china but are assembled in australia in their work shop and fitted out.
It comes with a 5year structural warranty and 12months on other parts.

My wife Kay and I run the company and deal direct with customers
There are 7 people working here and we take a lot of pride in our trailers
and campers.
Kay and I got involved in the industry after many years of being involved in
the transport industry.
About 5 years ago we thought we would update our
old camper and get a new one. After going to several companies and getting
prices I was
shocked at how much they cost and could not justify spending 40+ thousand
dollars on a camper
Trailer. So I investigated Purchasing Campers from China. I visited some
factories and discovered that
if I gave them the exact specifications of what I wanted they would build it
for me at a fraction of the cost.
I also Discovered that the Chinese are no different to Australians when it
comes to quality if you want quality
you must be prepared to pay for it. The same thing applies to the Canvas if
you want quality that is just as good as Australian Canvas all you have to
do is pay what they want and they will be more than happy to supply it to
you, as at the end of the day they want to keep our business. After several
trips to China checking on the quality, and making sure I got the quality
that I required, I decided to start importing Campers and Trailers into
Australia. To get them into the country they must by law comply with
Australian standards .(this is not an option). However to ensure that they
are assembled correctly they are sent to us totally un-assembled and the
team in my factory put them together so that we know every nut and bolt is
put on correctly. We have 2 Boilermakers/ fabricators working for us that
are very experienced in Manufacturing Trailers & Campers so they oversee all
the assembling. The reason we sell trailers as well as campers is by doing
so we are not relying on one product to make a profit which allows us to
keep our Campers and trailers at very reasonable prices. We have also gone
to the trouble and expense to get an Australian engineers report on the
strength of our draw bars, to give us and the customer peace of mind. We do
not hide the fact that we get our trailers and campers from China as they
are to our specifications and we are proud of the quality of all of our
products. A very high percentage of campers now come from China, however a
lot of the companies will hide that fact from the customers and make claims
they are Australian made. They can get away with doing that as when you
import the campers into Australia you are classed as a manufacturer. As they
have been built to our specifications and assembled by my staff we offer a 5
year structural warranty and 12 months on other parts. We do custom build
trailers and have done for all different purposes. They are either built in
our factory or by a local engineering company that does high quality work."
so but the sounds of it, i think the might be worth looking at, although i'm waiting for bushranger to get back to me
i havent ruled out a second hand poineer or KK, i do like the aussie swag kitchens though...
