Got mine same as above from Kmart just before Xmas ..

Is there a possibility of making your own table top and use the legs/frame of the one you have ??

Cheers

Steve

Yeah - we already talked about this.  But i would prefer the "blow mould" top as it is jsut so easy to look after.  Might end up having to yet.

Our Bunnings has the new square tables. Only purchased a rectangular blow mould table a few months ago but now want to upgrade to this one. From memory, it's about $45. Will try to get more details for you. It is very similar to a traditional card table, with a split hinge across the middle and no annoying bars to get in the way. Would be approx 1 m square when open and roughly 1m x50cm folded up. Will return with more details if someone else doesn't reply first. Paul

The bunnings ones are 91.4mm x 91.4mm and 69.8 mm high when open and 91.4mm x 45.7mm x 7.5mm when folded up
Too big for you I guess.

I got one of those as well.  Worked well.  What I like is the legs fold out easily and you don't have to fiddle around to make them full height.  Muuch easier than similar ones I have wrestled with.

We used to use a blow mould table and it was great but it was just too heavy. We now use a small light weight camping store type table. When this eventually dies we'll get a Drifta table as you can order the size you want and each leg is individually adjustable for uneven ground, which is our biggest problem when camping:

I've got something like one of these which I pinched out my old mans camping gear a few years ago and it's great.  Light as, and very compact.  Vinyl top so easy to keep clean.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Wooden-Vinyl-Padded-top-CARD-TABLE-Game-Folding-Camping-Portable-Caravan-/170703759712?pt=AU_Tables&hash=item27bebca960#ht_1285wt_1020

It is now approximately 30 years old, and still going strong.

I was looking for a smaller table as well.
I just bought one of these, very sturdy and blow mould top

Nah no good - as in the first post - needs to be less than 80cm.

Thanks anyway

We use these.

http://www.lifetime.com/tableschairs/rectangular/4-foot-fold-in-half/80206

I know they are not square but they pack up square. 610mm x 610mm x 70mm.  They fit perfectly under the table in the Jayco Finch (along with an endless number of chairs and smaller tables.)

We have two of them.  They are height adjustable.  We use one as a bench (good for your back when prepping food) and one as a table for four.

If we are in a big group we can use 2 together either as a long bench or a long table.

Cheers

We bought them from a camping shop in Essendon about 2years ago.  I see them around still.

They were around $120 each from memory.

Stumbled across this the other day and thought of you  ;Dhttps://www.whitworths.com.au/main_itemdetail.asp?cat=137&item=85029&intAbsolutePage=1 .  There others.  Good luck- we made our own aluminium one which doubles as a shelf in transit in the ute.

I bought one from OfficeWorks a couple of weeks ago; I think they may have sold out fairly quickly.   It folds up to 2' x 2'  (about 60x60cm) so small enough to throw into the boot of a sedan.
