Nice upgrade but in my opinion the Amarok still eats it for breakfast.

I read some where that the new auto in the Amarok will only be in the full time 4WD which only has high range. So that's me out there.

Room for improvement
No low range with full-time 4WD

I dont think thats going to be all the range, but who knows.

Had a look at the new Ranger just before someone else took it for a test drive.  Compared to other Ute's they're quite roomy in the back seat and Ford has given it a larger rear door which makes it easier for adults to get in and out.  With a towing capacity of 3350kg, it is bound to appeal to anyone who tows a heavy trailer.  It's worth a look but I think I'll wait until the Colorado and the DMax have been released before making any decision.

I am with you Eric, just have this feeling that Isuzu are not introducing a new motor and only a five speed auto, meaning the price might not be up in the high $50Ks with all the rest.
And also I think it looks better than the VW,Ford and Holden and yes I am biased  ;D  ;D
