Do you own a R51 Pathfinder? Have you had issues with your doorhandles? (front or back) Have nissan told you they are "not interested"?
 Let me know

Dont let them get away with this. for $60K i expect a little more.

NOTE: ON REAR DOORS, DONT USE CHILD LOCK. IF CHILD LOCK IS ON AND THE OUTSIDE DOORHANDLES BREAK YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE STUCK.

Help me get as much support as possible!!

Cheers

From some of the stories I've read on patrol forum, exploroz, 4wdm, overlander, I wouldnt.  Wheres the youtube vid of the bloke with the radiator issue on Fraser?

Read the PCOA forum, it has a couple of people talk about the problem.  Essentially it's a bit of a weak link in the handle assembly which is exacerbated by using the child locks.

Order the parts you need from courtesyparts.com and do it yourself or take it to a mechanic to fix with the parts you supply.

Nissan's disgusting price of $280 for the handle and then another $60 to have it painted followed by the repair fee of around $150 is easily matched by shipping from the US for $28 and then doing it yourself.  You can even order them in the same colour, or chrome, etc.  If you can't find the post on the pcoa forum, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.  I ended up ordering both sides in US silver which is really really slightly different to AU silver and they ended up being around $50 each with shipping.

I know everything about the radiator as it had happened to my R51 twice.
Nothing wrong with the doorhandles though, but I don't own the R51 anymore.
