camper trailers
« on: October 04, 2011, 07:50:09 AM »
Does anyone out there have a Jimboomba camper trailer. Just wanting to get some feedback on this. We are still not sure of whether to get a soft floor or hard floor, or very small caravan as we have a Subaru Forester. It is very expensive to have an expensive trailer sitting in the shed most of the time. Also fuel economy of either or all of these things. We are really looking forward to getting something, after years and years of tenting and tarping.

My thought pattern is work out what your want from it/in it ie, how many beds, what set up times, how often it will get used and how much it will sit for,how much you want to spend etc etc and then see what will suit that criteria.  If your like me that will just give you 100's of ideas so i would suggest going along to one of the camping or caravan shows, as busy as they are they are a great place to crawl all over, compare as most sellers will have something on sit to show off.

It is very expensive to have an expensive trailer sitting in the shed most of the time.

Why not rent one when needed?
My alternative to cheap import trailers;
